Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, to respect our time and the time of other clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments will require full prepayment.
